1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WNY ABDL Group ("the Club", "we", "us"), The User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If The User does not agree, The User should not use the service.
2. Eligibility
The User must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Club. By using the service The User confirms that The User meets this requirement and that The User can form a binding agreement with us.
3. The User's Account
- The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of The User's login credentials.
- The User agrees to provide accurate information and keep The User's profile up to date.
- The User must not create accounts for anyone other than themselves, and must not share The User's account.
4. Acceptable Use
The User agrees not to use the Club to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, or invasive of privacy.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent The User's identity.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the service.
- Attempt to access other members' private information or the service's systems without authorization.
- Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any activity that disrupts other members' experience.
- Post content involving minors or unlawful activity.
5. Premium / Paid Features
WNY ABDL Group offers optional Premium features for which we may charge a fee. Premium status grants access to features such as advanced messaging, favorites, private notes, and other benefits described on the site. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Please review the specific terms at the point of purchase.
6. User Content
The User retains ownership of the content The User posts. By posting, The User grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content solely to operate and provide the Club. The User is solely responsible for the content The User shares and for ensuring The User has the right to share it.
7. Privacy
The User's use of the Club is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use The User's information.
8. Conduct & Safety
We may remove content, monitor behavior, block users, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe to be unsafe or contrary to the spirit of the community. The User must respect others' boundaries, privacy, and consent.
9. Disclaimers
The Club is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Interactions between members are the sole responsibility of those members; we do not verify the backgrounds or intentions of users and are not responsible for offline conduct.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from The User's use of the Club.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate The User's access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other members or the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
